This policy explains what information Latch Lab NY LLC (“Latch Lab NY,” “we,” “us”) collects through this website and how we use it. It covers the website only. Information you share with us during care is handled separately.

Information you give us

If you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the message you write. We use it only to reply to you and to arrange care. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Booking

Appointments are booked through Milk Notes, a third-party scheduling service. When you book, you provide information directly to Milk Notes, and their privacy policy applies to it.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies and collects information like your approximate location, device, browser and pages visited. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not sell your information. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

Other services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, and links to our Instagram account. Those services may receive your IP address and other basic technical data when you load or follow them.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and our email and scheduling, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have sent us through the contact form by emailing us. Residents of some states, including California, have additional rights over their personal information, and we will honor those requests.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
